The Paperless Prosecutor

I’m the Deputy County Attorney for the Leavenworth County Attorney’s Office in Leavenworth, KS. My career as a prosecutor began in 1992. For most of that time I’ve been the primary person responsible for moving our office forward in the use of computer technology.

In the fall of 2007 the County Attorney, Frank Kohl, approved a proposal to make a transition to a paperless office. I decided to start sharing about our transition to a paperless office by posting some of our experiences to the web, thus The Paperless Prosecutor WordPress blog came into existence.
